HOW TO QUALIFY

Qualifying for this loan is extremely easy!

We take the gross rent and divide it by the principal, interest, taxes, insurance and any association dues (your monthly mortgage payment). As long as the rent is equal to or great than the mortgage… Your Property Qualifies!

Example: Rent $1,000 with PITIA of $599.55

  • Rent $1000 ÷ 1.00 = $1000 Rent $1000 ÷ PITIA $599.55 = DSCR @ 1.66%
